What materials do you use?
Our goal is to combine both wood and metal in all projects, but that all depends on the style and sometimes the project. However we work with both and and sky is the limit that we can create with wood and metal.
What type of finish do you have?
For wood, we can use a variety of wood stains to suit your home's style or a natural finish that really brings out the beauty of the wood, for example walnut is best finished with a clear natural finish to really let the wood take the spotlight!
For metal, we offer a variety of colour finishes, and we can do powder coated and spray paint finish. It all depends on the project and the look you are looking for.
What type of metal signs do you make?
We make a large variety and type of metal signs and wall art. You can browse our collection for all spaces in your home, from address plaques to cottage signs or poolside signs.
Do you make custom signs and furniture?
Absolutely! Not everyone wants the same thing, we understand that. Fill out a contact form and let us know what you are looking for and we will gladly get back to you with a design idea and quote.

Do you make charcuterie boards?
Yes, we make custom charcuterie or butcher block upon request. Call or email us for a quote.
What is your returns policy?
Customized products are all final sale, as they are customized to your needs. We ask that you ensure that enter the correct information before checkout and double check everything before your finalize your order.
If you ordered an item that was not customized and you are not completely satisfied with your order or might have gotten damaged during shipping, please contact us via e-mail or contact form on this website.
What if the product I received is not exactly the one on the picture?
Please be advised that many of our design and/or monogram has its unique shape and features. When we customize these products and add your requested text we may have to slightly modify or adjust it to fit the design or the space for the characters. Rest assured we take special care of all of our customized designs and you will love the final outcome. We use one font only to keep all of our designs consistent and as closely to the displayed sample as possible.
How long does it take to get my custom project completed?
For metal signs, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive within Canada and up to 4 weeks for United States. For custom furnishing or railing projects, allow 4-6 weeks for completion.
Charcuterie boards and furniture items could take up to 4-6 weeks depending on the order and volume of orders we have in the queue. This may also depend on the delivery options as well. We will provide an estimated time-frame for completion when providing a quote.
Do you offer more metal products that are not listed on your website?
Yes, we offer a variety metal fabrication solutions and projects, such as sculptures or CNC cutting, custom welding and more. Contact us and let us know what project you have in mind and we will get back to you.
Do you charge for shipping?
For metal signs and wall decor items, we offer free shipping across Canada and a flat fee of $9.99 CDN to the US (except Alaska) for all products. Oversized products may be charged additional fees depending on size and weight (i.e. custom business signage).
For charcuterie boards and furniture items we have the option of delivery and pick up locally, or shipping with our preferred carrier. Shipping fees for charcuterie boards and furniture is paid by the customer. Estimated shipping price is included in our quote.
